Tip for Other Campers:
There is a Dollar General and a gas station about 6 miles away as well as a Joe Bob's gas station. The park does not sell ice nowadays (but they do sell firewood) but that is about it close by. We ate at a TexMex restaurant close by in Cooper, TX. That was fantastic! I don't have the name but it was on the town square, you won't want to miss it.
