Our nightly rate is $40 per night, full hook ups at your site, 30 or 50 amp. Free wi fi. This cost is for two adults, children under 10 are free. Extra people over 2 are charged $3 per day. We are a mom and pop business, living on site. We aim to close at 8:30 pm so we are not on duty 24/7. As an incentive to have people arrive prior to 8:30 pm, we charge $5 fee if they will be later. We are not trying to get rich, we just like downtime ourselves. Our check out time is noon. We do allow later check out times (yes we charge extra for that); unless we have someone scheduled to arrive needing that site. If people stayed past check out time on a regular basis, we would not know what time to tell the new arriving camper that their site would be available. If having your awning out is important to you, please mention that when you make your reservation and we will try to assign you a site where that is possible. We have seen many awnings ruined over the years from campers going away and leaving awnings extended, thus we encourage everyone to roll up their awnings when away from their camper.
