Only cell service I could get consistently was 2 bars (Verizon) at the Elk Center (top of large hill). THERE IS ONLY 4 OTA CHANNELS all PBS from Penn State. Very Nice Area, the Norman Rockwell Museum was really really good. We spent about 6 hours in the museum. They have very knowledgable people that give talks all during the day at different sections of the museum.
