Tip for Other Campers:
Stop at Morgan Staples next to the state park for horse rides through the trails of the campground. Very cool. Kids loved this. Elwood was my favorite horse. East Fork is a huge start park but for most of the hiking you must go to the other side of the lake which is a 25 minute drive from the campground.

Tip for Other Campers:
Four young kids, the storybook trail was a nice hike. The beach was pleasently well maintained compared to other ohio state parks. Tom's Ice Cream in Zainsville was awesome and driving on the Y bridge was unique.

Tip for Other Campers:
Unless you like to fish or go boating, there is nothing to do in the area. Most of the hiking trailers were overground and not taken care of and some were even closed due to COVID-19. The small Ohio town of Hillsboro is a nice stop.
