We drove the 19 mile trek to Heavens Gate Vista to see a view of Seven Devils Mountains and 4 states, Oregon, Idaho Washington and Montana. Quite impressive up on the Look Out. The turn off is just 1/2 mile south of Riggins off Hwy 95. Turn right on Seven Devils Road and follow it for 19 miles. The dirt road will narrow a bit near the top and the last 1/4...
