Not fancy or frou-frou but friendly hosts and campers with room between the sites. Great monthly rate with electricity included. We stayed seven months. Awesome internet! Amazon packages arrived...

Tip for Other Campers:
Subway within walking distance. Sonic, McDonalds, Burger King, Jack-in-the-Box and Whataburger just down the street. Daily buffet at Schoebels. Mexican restaurant and steakhouse in the neighborhood. Walmart and HEB close by. Columbus Hospital and medical clinic about a mile away. Doggy daycare in town.

Almost all sites have a tree with some grass. Very pet friendly. The lots are about 20 - 25 ft apart. Right off the freeway. Small convenience store just down the road. Not fancy but very comfortable....
