Train rides in the next town over. Theres white water rafting a few towns over in the other direction. Theres really nowhere good to eat unless you go to Cleveland TN at the City Cafe or somewhere like that. Theres a pretty small Mennonite store a couple miles away thats open til around 4 pm. You can go hiking in the woods a little bit across the street....

You can use their boat dock and can fish but theres not really any fish right there. It used to be nice. Too low by the river n if there was a flash flood or something, it would be tragic. And its just way too expensive to worry about something like that.
