It was a long way off I-10, but is a campground worth visiting. The wildlife is up close and an experience worth seeing. We camped at Thousand Trails Medina Lake in a Motorhome.
Tip for Other Campers:
Bring enough groceries for stay. Markets are more than 20 miles away.

If possible, dont choose pull through. You will be in the bottom of campgrounds. Its beautiful and relaxing, till you need to pull motorhome pulling a car. Scary

Close to everything, but if possible take street routes instead of freeway even if gps states quicker. Wrong, freeway traffic terrible.
