The site we had was paved and level. It did not require any additional left to right leveling for us....

Answer:
According to a staff member at Camp Margaritaville, the pool is open year-round. It is heated to 85. It closes at 10 PM on weekdays and 11 PM on the weekend....

We did not see any bears....
