Hi Mike! Thank you for your kind words of appreciation about our team, as our top priority is our guests experience with providing top of the line customer service. I am so sorry you were not able to receive any over the air channels, as our location does pick up stations from both Salt Lake City and Pocatello, but our wifi is able to be used for streaming services as well. As for your Good Sam discount, I am a bit confused, you did come in to our office yesterday with your membership card, and I double checked your account for you while you were present and did let you know that our team member Austyn had applied your discount at the time of reservation. We are a brand new park, and offer as many amenities as we possibly can for our guests, and are flooded with the feedback from our guests that our park is the best they have ever stayed at, and I apologize you did not experience this.
