Sorry that we did not meet your standards. We did have a water line bust and had it fixed in about an hour. Really sorry for that inconvenience. Not sure how you had a surge that blew your water heater. You were in an overnight spot that is frequently rented. This is the first time we have heard of something like this happening. Wish you would have made us aware. Hopefully we can get better from this review.

Its a gravel, mud mostly. Loud railroad very near. Never again We camped at Clovis Point RV Park in a Travel Trailer.
