Tip for Other Campers:
25 miles from Chattanooga. Recommend taking a trip to the Raccoon Mountain Pumped-Storage facility visitor center where you can find information about biking and hiking trails. The views alone are worth the drive.

Tip for Other Campers:
On Wednesday Cades Cove is closed to traffic during the summer. Only bikes and hikers are allowed. This is the only way to truly enjoy Cades Cove. Saw lots of wildlife from turkeys, deer and black bears in addition to the beautiful scenery. Saw wildlife in the morning ride but saw more black bear during afternoon ride.
