The resort has two dog runs but I don't remember if they are fenced. They are very pet friendly....

Tip for Other Campers:
New Braunfels has some great restaurants and places to visit. I had the Veal Jager Schnitzel with sptzle and red cabbage. The schnitzel melted in your mouth and could be cut with a fork. The Animal World and Snake Farm Zoo was very interesting and very educational for kids.
