The best thing about this spot is the proximity to Monterey and Big Sur. My husband likes racing and we chose a dry spot near the track but even that was not great because you cant see much....

“Really worked out perfectly ”

Small, private park. Older for sure with mostly long-termers. Some trailers are run-down. BUT - it was peaceful, safe, and friendly, which is what matters to us. There was also a laundry room....
