We were there for the peach festival in Weatherford. Check out R&K Cafe for lunch. Not bad food and pretty fast service.

About 6 miles outside Camp Verde so if you ever need anything you can always zip into town. Cell service is okay early morning but not so good midday. Surprisingly got tv air reception!
