City of Rocks NRA is very close and shouldnt be missed. Its a historic stop on the California Trail and a Mecca for rock climbers. Tracy General Store has food and other essentials, including a soda bar and snacks and the people are very friendly. The Outpost Steakhouse has good food but its not cheap.
