Sites 17 are more dispersed and shady but check size because many were smaller.

They have shuttle to town which is .8 mile. Cute little town. Loved the funnel cakes which were totally decadent, delicious!! We camped at Silverton Lakes RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Enjoyed the campground walk to the lakeside area (heard complaints about mosquitos, but maybe they sprayed before we arrived so not bad). Easy to access off highway and nice pull through level site...

Tip for Other Campers:
Loops F,H or I are closer to Canyon Village and Shower& Laundry facilities. Lake and Bridge Bay Marina are closer to water activities. North Entrance down to Norris were still closed due to flooding damage when we were there in Aug '22. Weather was warm 80 days and cool 50 nights making August perfect.
