If you're headed to the beach from here, we HIGHLY recommend making the trek across the border to Johnsons Beach, Florida. The Gulf Shores beaches were difficult to park at over Memorial Day weekend. We played adult musical chairs for about an hour at a few beach parking lots in our long-bed truck before we discovered this.
