Tired older park with some extended stays, very quiet, pleasant neighbors. Spacious pull through. We camped at Mission RV Park in a Motorhome.

Tip for Other Campers:
Take RV street to the light, turn right, to a huge shopping center. I ate at La Madeleine, French cafe-type, reasonably priced, excellent soups, sandwiches, crepes, and in-house bakery breads and desserts.

Tip for Other Campers:
Entrance sign is faded, so you have to watch carefully. El Capitan Hotel dining room, about 1/4 mile walking distance, is good and somewhat reasonably priced. Broadway Cafe, about 1 mile, is friendly, good authentic Mexican food. Loves fuel is at the highway exit.

Tired and unmaintained. Gravel. Easy in and out. Sewer cap was off, electrical was still on. I sprayed red ant mounds at the utility post. We camped at North Llano River RV Park in a Motorhome.
Tip for Other Campers:
Lake Junction, about 1.5 miles away was serene and a peaceful rest stop.

Benson is a nice small town with minimal services that covers most needs. Nice Safeway, a couple of mexican restaurants, propane available for coach in-board tanks, an RV service shop, an automotive store.
