Dolphin Docks is great for deep sea fishing. Grumbles restaurant has ok food and great drinks. Food is pricey and would not recommend for a meal. Appetizers are good. Pina colada and margarita are well worth it. If you have kids, would recommend the natural history museum in Corpus. If you want good seafood, especially good oysters, go to Black Diamond. It...

Tip for Other Campers:
Hucks catfish restaurant is just a few miles away in Denison. Good food and friendly staff. There is a gas station and bait shop on the Texas side of the dam. There is a gas station on the Oklahoma side as well. They dont have bait. There is a Walmart in Denison if you really need something. It is about a 15-20 minute drive from your campsite.
