Thank you for your review. You would need to speak with an ROD rep about your issue. On our end Resorts of Distinction only costs $10 per night, not $229 like your review states. With ROD there is no way to pre pay for our resort visit. ROD must pay on arrival, therefore that is why I suggest talking to an ROD rep. We also offer Coast to Coast programs and those do not cost to stay at our resort. We hope you can get this worked out with ROD, and hope we can have you back for another stay in the future. Thank You.
