Tip for Other Campers:
Sebastian is a great little town with several waterfront restaurants and bars. There is a sidewalk at the front of Pelican's Landing you can walk directly into town. Very walkable/bike friendly. Several Publix supermarkets are close by. We walked to a vegetable/fruit stand daily , as it is only a very short walk from the resort. Vero Beach is a lovely town...

“Tight road and many long terms residents”

The parks is fine for an overnight stay. The roads are tight for larger rigs. It appears there are many long term residents. We camped at Lake Haven Retreat in a Motorhome.

“Quiet, easy access”
Nightly Rate: $75 USD
Nice campground. We stayed in cold weather so not a lot going on. Looks great for families with kids in summer. We camped at Ashland / Huntington West KOA Holiday in a Motorhome.
