Only 10 minutes from Baird which has shopping downtown and several good places to eat. 20 minutes from Abilene, 20 minutes to Coleman and 15 minutes from Crossplains. Coleman has several very good restaurants and wine tasting places which have recently opened. This is a very good central location.
