Tip for Other Campers:
Drive or walk through the town and the beach to check out the structures. Eat at The SKI INN restaurant and bar, the owner and staff are friendly and wonderful people and the food is good. There is a small market in town. Unfortunately, there is no water refill, sewer and/or trash dump available. Directions to the beach parking is interstate 111, to Avenue...
Read MoreSite #31 has a beautiful unobstructed view of the lake and mountains. Water and electric hook ups, easy pull through. We visited Lake Cuyamaca Campground, no overnight stay.
Tip for Other Campers:
There is a tackle shop and general store and restaurant. Not having a tow vehicle or bicycle made it impossible for myself to use any of these, because my site was a long walk away. Take advantage when you check in.
