Tip for Other Campers:
No stores for many miles. Bring it with you or do without. Also, most of the time, this area is under fire warnings of varying degrees. Do not count on building a fire. Don't forget that your pets look like snacks to some of the local wildlife.It's $7 per adult ticket for Ft. Stanton AND Lincoln Historic Sites. You can buy tickets for both places...

Question: We have some friends that are going to camp at Indian Boundary. They asked us to meet them there with our 34' fifth wheel. All the sites that I found say maximum length is 26'. My friend says he has camped there and many sites are much longer than 26'. In your experience would we be able to stay there in a 34' fifth wheel?
Answer:
The reason for the short length isn't the size of the sites but the roads. Tight turns and long RVs don't go well together. Plus many people who have long RVs (or short ones for that matter) simply can't drive them. From what I have been told, you damage something, you will be made to pay for it....

Question: Does this park only accept motorhomes ten years or newer, or does it also accept other types of RVs--travel trailers, fifth wheels, tent campers, etc.

Right on the first page of their website "Our Resort is restricted to Class-A coaches only, with a minimum actual length of 34-feet and a maximum age of 15 years."...
