Hi Janet, I called and left a message on your voicemail. We would be happy to have you as our guest. The monthly rate is $550 and .13 per kwh for electric. We offer free internet (Barry Fiber), free laundry and firewood (if desired). We stay pretty full so if you are interested please reach out as soon as possible. Thank you Donna Evans. ( I made a mistake on the voice mail on the rate, its recently increased so I misquoted it. Sorry)...
