Hi Lauren, it cost us $86 per night for grass and sand. Very unlevel. They called this a Premium site and the hookups were very far away. You will need extra long hoses. If you go....good luck. Seedy, tiny single streets (we had to have a car moved to allow us to pass thru) and we were alone in a long term area. Really disappointed. Very unprofessional response from the manager. We took this off our go to list....

Monthly rates will vary by the size, location, and amenities the individual sites. You are best off to contact the office directly....
