United Campground of Durango

I don’t remember seeing any river....

Not that I could tell. The Durango to Silverton train tracks border the campground on the East and the Hwy on the west....

I'm sorry but I do not think so. The train follows the river almost the whole way up to Silverton, but I do not think it is connected to the campground....

Maybe, but it’s beyond the rr tracks and my recollection is it isn’t easily accessible. Like you’d have to cross someone else’s property to get to the river. We didn’t try because it looked kinda off limits. I’d call the campground to verify....
