Both. They have full hookups and there are no public restrooms/showers....

Full hookup means they have water/sewer/electric at the sites. Self contained means they do not have any bathroom facilities. You have to have your own potty and shower to use....

There are no bath houses/restrooms. Therefore you must be self contained. There are full hookups....

They do not have a bathhouse/washrooms so you need to be self supporting and use your own facility. They DO have full hook-ups at the sites. It's a nice park....

You need to be self contained, because they don't have public facilities. Very nice RV park for the price....
