Tue Oct 08 2024Can you stay here if you're 50? We are TT and can only find 1 TT in the lower half of Az to stay out of the many TT parks....

Monte Vista is an Encore park that is a 55 and above age qualified park. (only one of the party needs to be 55 or above)...

Their RV Policy states that they allow Class A motorhomes, Class C motorhomes, and trailers that meet or exceed the below criteria: Must be in good repair with no visible damage and not older than 10 years old. Not allowed: Class B motorhomes, pop-up trailers, tent trailers, truck campers, and tents. It's a 55 community so one of you must be 55....
