Sites are mostly gravel with lots of dirt and some pine needles, and way too many cigarette butts. Sites are not level, many rigs had wheels off the ground. Turns are tight. All that said, the park is a lovely setting and conveniently located to theme parks and shopping. We would definitely stay again....

It is difficult to get a reservation but you can reserve for up to 45 days once you do get in. The sites are gravel. Some have w/e and some are FHU. Sites are mostly grass. Some sites are flat and some require leveling. Most are shaded. All are quiet as it sits far back in off Hiawassee. A laundry room is available and an inground pool is available in season. We feel it is a great deal in a perfect location....

Many are level and some are not. If I can remember they were gravel/grass....

The sites are paved. They are a bit narrow but easy to in/out of. They are quite shaded - a real plus in Florida. The only issue is that nearly all the sites are un-level with some being quite out of level. Despite this issue, it is a great park to stay at....

Sites are concrete and fairly level. The brochure states recent upgrades so maybe that is why they are not gravel as stated in some previous posts....
