They have long term rates for stays over 31 days. Be aware they will require and charge for background checks for all visitors staying long term. They’re just protecting themselves to prevent squatters. We’re here for 31 days right now. The monthly rate is about the same as 3-weeks of daily stays. Also you pay for actual electricity use....

I usually stay one week at a time and it's is around $500 per week. There are many variables with their rates, how many adults and children, pets, how long is your rv, bacon or pull-thru. You would need to call them to get a list of what's available. They have standard sites, upgraded and premium sites....

Yes, was there from Nov-Jan. It was between $1100-$1200 per month for a back in site, plus metered electric. It was about $.18 pkwh. That monthly doesn’t include the background check ect. And then I think the month to month flocculates, but that’s a rough range for a standard back in....
