Not sure of all the differences but one is deluxe sites are close to the bath house....

I was told the deluxe sites had a 16 foot wide vs. 12 ft wide concrete pad. I didn’t opt for the deluxe site and was pleased with the regular pull through site....

I don’t think there is a big difference. We liked being further back from their pool area & 38ft with tow car....

Maybe the deluxe is a little wider..... But not worth paying extra...

To me both sites were more than just good, we thought they all looked large, flat and plenty of space between you and the next site....
