If you walk out the front gate to the park and cross the four-lane road, you are immediately at the ocean. I can't imagine anybody stopping you from then encouraging your dog to go run in the ocean....

You wouldn't want your dog to swim in any ponds or the rivers due to high population of alligators. Across the road is intracoastal waterway or there is a dog beach near Carlin Park in Jupiter....

We took our labs over to the Hobe Sound Beach. South of the main parking area we found a dog friendly beach that was not over crowded...
