Don't know the final answer however they are very nice and I would guess it will be OK...

They may let you get some water, but they're really strict with the rules at this park, so I wouldn't count on it. Going South on Hwy 1 there's a Regional Park where you might be able to get water. There are other rv parks in the area too. I'm sure you have to pay a fee at any of them...
