As I recall it was about 30 to 45 minutes to the Caverns and they did have RV parking. Take the long way into the Cavern. It is so worth it....

Yes - it will only take about 30 - 40 minutes. We stopped at the entrance and took some picture of a herd of antelope. There is parking for small RVs at the park. Be sure and go back at dusk to watch the bats exit the caves - its facinating....

30 minutes each way was the drive time. They have parking for small RV at the National Park. If you are going there during April through October, which is the time the bats are there, you need to go to the National Park before dusk so you can be there at dusk to watch the bats exit the cave....

I agreed with everyone else, it's a short drive, but that depends on the time of year. I would also suggest going to Guadalupe Mountain NP if you have an extra day or two. It's 40 miles from the campground. Amazing hikes and views....

It took us around 45 minutes, it’s a scenic drive once you pass the entrance sign and you may want to stop to take pics. I believe as everyone said there is parking for your camper but again it will depend on how busy it is. While we were there there were a lot of Class Cs in the lot and a few TTs. If you do take your RV, make a day of it go early and do the caves, then when they close the, wait in your RV, eat something relax and go back for the Bat Flight. Tip: watch the swallows, they have been out all day eatingso beware the small white bombs they drop. Imagine thousands of small birds swirling over your head while you just sit there hoping NOT to be a target....

We went during the slow season and it took about 30 minutes from the RV park. We didn’t take the motor home but we could’ve. Be sure to check the hours for entry to the caverns. We got there at 2:15 and was told that the last entry was at 2:30. It worked out nice for us because we almost had the caverns to ourselves....
