Check-in is at 3 PM and check out is noon. However, I usually arrive at or before 1 PM, and I have never had a problem with being able to go to my site. Checking out, we're out before noon anyway, so I can't comment there. The rangers at the park are very friendly and will try to accommodate you however they can....
