Safeway is in Newport WA which is north on ID 41, Costco is either in Coeur d'Alene ID, Home Depot is also in Coeur d'Alene. Coeur d'Alene is about 45 minutes south of Stoneridge. Closest grocery store is 7 miles south in Spirit Lake which is also usually where the cheapest diesel fuel is at Miller's grocery. I own 2 lots at Stoneridge and usually rent one. But here is more info you didn't request: We found 3 Costco's (two in the Spokane area and one in Coeur d'Alene), each are about 40 minutes away. There is also a brand new wonderful Super One about 12 miles south and East of StoneRidge. In Spokane, WA. (about 30 minutes away) there is a Nordstrom and Macy's and other big box stores like JCPenney, Kohls, Best Buy. Lots of cute little specialty stores and restaurants in downtown Coeur d'Alene, just south of StoneRidge. Lots to choose from.I own 2 lots at Stoneridge and usually rent one. There is a small grocery store in nearby Spirit Lake and a Safeway up in Newport - about 30 minutes away. There is a local mercantile with a variety of items. For Costco or Home Depot you need to travel to either Spokane or Coeur d'Alene....

Other than small convenience stores, there are reasonable grocery stores in Rathdrum, about a 20-25 mile drive from the site. For other places - Costco, Home Depot, Lowes, etc - you need head closer to Coeur d'Alene (or Spokane), a 30-35 mile drive each way....
