We loved our stay here for a few days. Beautiful lake is central to the camping area and makes for a nice way to circle the property. We’ll definitely stay here again. Lots of variety for short or long stays....

Hi, Don. No. It's not very clean. 1st site we had was muddy. 2nd site ended up with 2 inches of water around the entire RV after a rain. We won't stay there again. We were in a 40 ft class A....

Agree with Jim and Susan, not very clean. Lots of what seem to be Semi-permanent people. Don't know if you have a dog, but they have an unusually long list of dogs they don't allow...and beside that there is really no place to walk a dog. Spaces are strange, some quite large and others really tiny. If you have kids that like water it would be a good place for them to have fun... But I wouldn't stay there again, I like cleaner, more space, places. You also have to sign a very long agreement to not hold them responsible for anything before you get to a space... Like they are sure something bad is going to happen to your rig. We were in a 38ft. Class A with tow vehicle. I would suggest you find another place to stop....

Clean is a relative term. For the most part the park is clean. However, after some of the heavy rains that are common in this region, the ground can get saturated and temporary pools of standing water can form. The sandy soil, also common to this area, does a pretty good job of sucking the water up in a pretty reasonable period of time. In respect to cleanliness of the park. It is a clean as 99% of any other park. Regarding semi-permanent/permanent residents, in casual conversations I had with staff in early March of 2021, I was told that over 50% of the sites are occupied by full timers. Flamingo Lake has been the go to week-end and holiday spot for many local Rv'ers. They roll in on Thursday and Friday afternoons and pull out Sunday and even early Monday. Many, if not most, of these Part-timers are friends with different full-timers at the park and those relationships can blur the perception of the true number of full time residents staying at the park. As has been mentioned Sun...

It’s both. It has a more permanent side where the guests stay which is gated. Both sides are well maintained. But many pull through spots on the resort side. People in and out a lot over there....

Well, it's not the most prestine rv park, but I wouldn't call it dirty. They have one dumpster area where the dumpsters remain open and are constantly full of trash. There seem to be a lot of permanent or semi-permanent residents with cluttered lots....
