Yes there is room for a 35'. We stayed there in a 2005 40' Class A in October of 2018. I don't recall any age restrictions there....

There is no age restriction that I was aware of. They will guide you into your space if you need help. We watched the manager use their forklift to "insert" a long 5th wheel while we were there. Staff were very helpful....
