I didn't pay particular attention to the views from the campsites, but did note those which I would stay in the next time we go back. Ours is a 40' 5th wheel, so with that in mind and the fact that I was wanting some shade, more privacy, and fewer mosquitos (there are bunches as you work your way further away from the beach), here are the ones I made note of: 125, 102, 112, 127, 144, 89, 91, 93, and 95. We loved Hunting Island and look forward to visiting again!...

Honestly, the big hurricane a few years ago completely obliterated the real view spots We had a distant view, but if we return I'll choose one of the spots back in the woods. They seem larger, quieter and more private with great shade. It's still an easy walk to the beach....

Get a pull-through site. There really aren't any views from the sites, anymore. All of the water-side sites were wiped out a couple of years ago. They are still rebuilding from that devastating storm. It still is a wonderful place, with a lot to do....
