Sorry, it has been a quite a while since our visit, so I am not sure. I think it was simply a parking space with hookups. There website does not seem to mention any such features. I think it is meant as a place to sleep then go over to the casinos. For us, it was a fine place for a stopover but we would not return as we are not interested in the casinos and you can see from my review what we thought of things to do there....

No, I did not see any picnic tables or fire pits on the upper level...
