Yes, havent been there in a few years and I know the water is high but you can walk there thru a sand path to Lake MI beach many people take wagons or sand carts to carry their sand items its a 5-10 min walk we've even seen people with those less expensive long plastic snow sleds with their beach items on it which is genius since they glide right on the sand!...
