I don't remember, as we always camped there and used the bathroom facilities on site. I don't think it does, as it is very close to the beach....

Unfortunately, no. You need to drive a few miles north to Waldport and pay $10 to use the public dump station. (Need to have correct cash handy.) It is on SW Starr St, near Handy Haven RV Park and Car Wash....
