Yes. Fires out at 11 pm. Rangers r very concerned about fire management due to severe drought and high fire risk....

Yes. They're only shut down during Red Flag events. And in most cases, you don't really want to be outside anyway! Wind gusts off the Laguna Mountains can exceed 80MPH when it's bad enough to call for a Red Flag....
