Fort Mountain State Park

Mon Apr 09 2018Morning, will be camping here for a week in July, information on dump station and distance to same. Hope that I do not need while there but just be prepared. Thanks, dp....

Hello Dennis: Have camped at Fort Mountain many times, they have Two Campgrounds after check-in, and headed to the Campground, you will past the Dump Station on your left, it has Two Dump stations with Non-Potable wash water. If Camping for a week, I would assume you have a portable Dump Tank (Blue Boy), it is a easy haul to the Dump Station. Also remember that this Park as with most GA State Parks have Grey Water Dumps located in the Campground so unless you are dumping Black Water, no need to go to the Dump Station....
