I believe one had cable and one didn't, but the point was mute since their cable was out but no refunds. I personally would not stay there again....

I am not sure but the previous answer may be correct. We have been full time rving for 2 years and this was, by far, the worst place we have stayed. You are on top of each other. The neighbor's sewer hose connection was at the bottom of our steps. Ironically, it was the most expensive place we have stayed. My advise? Save your money and go elsewhere. We would have left immediately but had booked 5 nights to meet a friend. We were pretty much stuck....
