No, according to info we have. 'Visitors/travelers' are limited to 14 days. The only exception, temporary status - is for active military UNTIL base housing - billeting is assigned. Once assigned, active is required to move to their unit. The real 'official' answer would have to come from MWR operator or base housing officer....
