I just pulled up their website. Cancellation policy is listed under campground rules. "Refunds within 30 days of reservation is at the discretion of the Campground management, if a refund is given you will be charged the 2.9% credit card processing fee. No refunds during Sturgis motorcycle Rally."...

30 days notice is required you will get full refund minus credit card processing fee....
