1. Only one of the adults has to be 55 or older.2. Grandkids are allowed to visit for 3 days. Sky Valley RV Resort down the road is family friendly.3. No membership required....

If you like the 55 life, this is the place. Grandson can visit for short stays. We really enjoy the mineral pools and spas. No membership is needed. This resort does have sites for sale and tiny homes for sale....
